Great Service, Excellent Price
Have just had my landing, stairs, bathroom and bedroom fitted by Multi Save Carpets and I have to say I am absolutly delighted with the result. The service in the shop was outstanding, all the staff are happy to help. The guys who did the fitting are quick and also perfectionist and did not leave until I was completly happy. Will definatly be going there again in the future for all my flooring needs.

Great service - unless anything goes wrong
At first view I would (and was going to) recommend MultiSave. Their sales staff were helpful and they booked me in quickly. The carpet fit was not completed however. When I showed the manager photos he agreed that it needed to be fixed - my youngest even cut himself on sharp metal sticking up from the metal separators. 6 weeks later and no progress. When I asked again the manager pointed out that I should have read the terms and conditions. Although they supply and schedule the fitters they take no responsibility or the quality of the fit - it is the customers problem to resolve.
So to summarise - great unless anything goes wrong. -
I am told they offer a great service
I know a couple of people that have used Multi-Save Carpets recently and they have both had nothing bad to say about the company, they said that the staff were polite and professional as well as knowing all abouts the products that they stock.
