Lack of training

The lack of customer care is evident at this shop and hands-on management too. I am surprised this business is still running considering that the staff has had no training in customer care. Don't spend your well earned money there.

    Lovely stock and great service

       

    They are the best place for miles around to get a proper fitting done and they have such a wide selection of stock that you're bound to find something that you like. They do plenty of bras with narrow backs and bigger cups, which can be a bit of a nightmare to find in big stores and impossible in supermarkets.

    Perfect Fit's bras aren't cheap, but the quality is excellent and they last! Customer service and fitting are also excellent - no wonder the shop has been such a mainstay of the High Street for so long.

    Unsightly profile? No longer a problem if you go to Perfect Fit. No obligation measuring service and hundreds of bras on display - there will be one to fit you perfectly and you won't want to buy your bra from anywhere else.

    Lovely Bras and Swimwear

       

    I love Perfect Fit because for my size I'm able to get pretty bras and swimwear that I just can't get in the big shops. It's important that I can get measured and confidently spend money on comfortable underwear that looks good.The sales assistants give real help and excellent advice. If you haven't been to the shop I'd definately recommend popping in!
