A public meeting about the proposed reopening of Saltford station will be held next month in Saltford Hall.
Saltford Parish Council is hosting the meeting which aims to share information and give residents the chance to ask questions and express any concerns and hopes for the station, which closed in 1970.
The meeting is on Thursday, October 25 at 8pm.
There will a 'Question Time' format with a panel consisting of Cllr Roger Symonds, who is Bath & North East Somerset Council's cabinet member for transport, along with a senior council transport officer, a representative from Saltford Station Campaign, a local councillor, an independent Saltford resident, and a representative of the West of England Partnership.
Campaigners say they see the station as a small community one, rather than a park and ride facility.
