Great restaurant, poor service
Farrells is a great addition to Keynsham town centre. The restaurant looks great inside and the food is delicious, but they really need to sort out the service. If you don't know what you want when the waiter first comes over, you don't see another for around half an hour.
The first time we went there we had to wait 20 minutes to settle the bill because they only had one visa card machine. The second time they completely forgot we'd ordered desserts and the staff stood around chatting while we sat and waited... and waited...
