A public artwork project is being planned as part of the regeneration of Keynsham town centre - what would you like to see? A sculpture, statue, memorial, mural, fountain - or perhaps a new clock tower?

Or do you think that during these hard economic times, local councils shouldn't be spening money on public art?
Bath & North East Somerset Council is advertising for a project manager
for a public art project in Keynsham. The fee is £13,000 and the job starts in April and runs until autumn 2014 when the £33m regeneration project is due to be completed.
The project is to commission one or more pieces of work as part of the regeneration scheme which includes new shops and library a 'one stop shop' where people will be able to access local services all in one place, and sustainable, low carbon office space for the council.
The deadline to apply for the job is February 25.
