Poinsettia cake

Would you like to decorate your Christmas cake to this standard.
I am running a 6 week course at the Key Centre in Keynsham on Cake decorating.
This starts at on wednesday 3rd November and runs for 6 weeks.
You will make your fruit cake at home, marzipan, ice in class and make a poinsettia to go on top.
The cost of this course is £60 plus the ingredients you need to finish your cake.
