Which is the best painting? – you decide

The public will help judge an art competition organised by Keynsham and Bath picture framing firm Framecraft.

The competition is taking place at Green Park Station, Bath, on Sunday, September 12.

The public are invited to attend the event to vote for their favourite painting as well as purchase any of the entries.

Fifteen per cent of the profits will go to the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society.

Edward Taylor, managing director of Framecraft Bath Ltd, said: “We are really looking forward to a great event, and have had many applications for entries into the competition from many different age groups.

“We hope that people will come and support this wonderful local charity that helps strive for the protection of these fantastic animals worldwide.”

Mark Simmonds, the international director of science from The Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society, will give a talk on the day.

A number of local environmental and art charity stalls will also be present.
