Circuit Training

I have been going to Craig's circuit training class at Platinum gym in Keynsham. I used to be quite fit but had lost motivation over time and have been surprised at how much I have enjoyed the class and have felt better for doing it. There is a wide range of exercises which are mixed up and there is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the session. Craig is great at finding the right balance for individuals and will push you but not beyond your limits. I would highly recommend the class. Pete, Keynsham

    I have been enjoying Craig's circuit training on Monday and have been going for roughly two months now. Prior to this I had not really exercised for a number of years and wanted a session whereby I felt able push myself but at at a sensible pace. This sessions has ticked that box and I have noticed an improved level of fitness and enjoy the fact that each week new exercises are introduced to keep it fresh.

    I have recently started Craig's circuit training class on a Monday night. After having my 2nd child I wanted to regain my fitness, I was worried about entering a gym environment after not exercising for so long but immediately felt comfortable in his class and with Craig as an instructor. The class enables me to do the exercises at my level but at the same time pushing me to work hard and achieve the next level. It is a small friendly class which Craig brings together very well. Unlike previous group classes I have attended in the past Craig is always checking our posture and ensuring we complete the exercises correctly. The class has variations every week which is great and always ensures we work every muscle we have! I would highly recommend it. Debbie from Keynsham.

    Back in December my doctor advised me that I had a high cholesterol level so I approached Craig who was recommended to me by a mutual friend. Craig designed an exercise program for me which involved gym work and road running. In addition to this he gave me some nutritional valuable advise with regards to my saturated fat intake.Over the past few month I have lost 1s 4 pounds and dropped down by 2 holes on my belt. The most impressive point is my cholesterol level has been retested and I am going in the right direction so the changes have been significant.

    I have been attending Craigs circuit training class at Platinum gym for over 2 months now and I'm still really enjoying it! I like the fact it's a friendly welcoming environment. The 1hr session is hard but I feel I am never pushed way beyond my physical ability(well maybe sometimes), instruction is fantastic and I like the way he helps with your technique on each exercise to get the most out of it instead of just letting you get on with it. So far my level of fitness has improved dramatically and I'm hoping to build on strength and stamina in the coming months.
