Craig is a good guy and an even better PT & Instructer. I have been working with him for the last 2 years whether it be on a 1-2-1 basis, a Spin or Circuit Training class he will work you to your MAX. Within the last 2 years my knowledge base and dramatically increased and I now look at diet and exercise in a different light - CRAIG KNOWS HIS STUFF !! With his help and guidance, I am able to better structure my workout's and diet to obtain my goals. Craig's classes are top notch, they are very well planned with a good mix of Cardio, HIIT, Strengthening, Toning and fun, the best thing is that you come away feeling like you have worked !! The spin classes are much more than just 'upping the load' and long mundane climbs. Craig introduces simple but effective exercises like press up's whilst spinning - trust me its hard work. If you want a PT that will get you results, keep you motivated and be there every step of the way, teach you out of bad habits then Craig is the guy for you - believe me !

I was a typical 60 year old who did zero exercise and was well over weight. After working with Craig for over a year I am so much fitter, lighter and feel younger. Craig may work you hard but he finds time to make it fun as well. Just feel those aching muscles the next morning and you know he is doing his job!
I started working with Craig over a year ago to generally improve my health following illness, lose weight and get fit. I am still working hard to achieve all my goals, but I can honestly say that without Craig I would not have got as far as I have. He makes going to the gym interesting (no mean feat!) and makes me want to achieve more every time I go.
I would highly recommend Craig - he has a fantastic knowledge of fitness, nutrition and general health and is always willing to give advice without being patronising. Anyone who chooses Craig as their PT will be very pleased that they did so.
Have always had a fitness background throughout younger and early teenage years at a relativity good standard. Started working with Craig a number of months ago after re-opening my application with the royal marines, Craig has helped massively with cardio vascular capacity and endurance and helped me push my body beyond its limits. His knowledge is extensive form nutritional advise, aerobic energy sources, CV fitness and i'm sure a fare bit more! Would highly recommend Craig, if your a beginner looking to get in shape or an experienced fitness buff looking to be pushed to new levels Craig is defiantly worth giving a call!
I had never had a regular personal trainer (PT) before meeting Craig a year ago but after a few months was so pleased that both my husband and brother in law could see the benefit and started regularly training with Craig too. We are all very pleased with the results and see the benefit in finding a good PT and sticking with that person and seeing them regularly. Can' t rate him enough, you'll not find better!
For most of life exercise hasnt been apart of my daily routine, until August 2012 when i went to Craig for help. I was overweight and my fitness levels were next to none, after a welcoming meeting with Craig we put together a fitness plan and a change in my daily lifestyle. I have been attending Craigs classes and Personal Training and he has motivated me to hit the targets that we had set together and as well as the goals i had set myself. Craig is very welcoming, honest and fantastic at what he does, iv always felt confident around him and hes always there when you need him. Looking back, i would have never of done this with out him, his advice and his support, and 5 months on i am 2 stone lighter, i am healthy and my fitness levels are much higher. I cannot thank Craig enough for what you have inspired me to do.

Without his support and his motivation i would never have come this far.Craig has given me my life back and a mother again to my childern .I have stamina and my fitness back because of his support and never giving up on me ..Craigs instructions are friendly and very supportive he always greets you with a smile and a possitive attitude.I would highly recommend Craig as a PT ..With the training he always keeps it fun and fresh .Thankyou :)

After attending the gym forba year or so i decided to get on board with craig on the herbalife plan, as a few friends had done this and they both got on very well. Craig is very approachable, has a great sence of humour and is very friendly without being in your face and pushy. A fantastic pt! He is very supportive and on the end of the phone any time. Thank you craig. Onwards and upwards :-)

I have been seeing Craig for a little while now, at the start I sent him a text asking what he could do for me, I was 50 ish, overweight and had never stepped foot inside a gym. He was very positive when we met for the initial session.
Now some months later after his nutritional advice, sessions at the gym, his support and more importantly his superb motivational skills, I am now four and half stones lighter, my fitness has improved so much and I feel so much better.
I couldn’t have done this on my own and I have tried every diet in the book, I always found exercising a chore but having someone who cares so much about his clients and takes his role so seriously has made this hard work but also good fun and the health benefits of getting fit and losing weight are fab.

When I met Craig, I had just stepped foot into a gym for the very first time since having children. I didn't have the motivation, was very self-conscious, and was very intimidated by the machines. Craig made it easy for me to get started. He is very patient, and knowledgeable on fitness & nutrition. He's super laid back and not your typical "military" style trainer. Don't get me wrong, there were times I whined & said I was tired, & he'd make me have a drink & get back to working out.
Most important, I was very comfortable with him. I am very happy I made the choice of getting training with Craig & with his help have made major changes in my lifestyle. I Still have weekly workouts with him and cant thank him enough for the dedication he has given me to improve my fitness.
