Dear Customers and visitors to the keynsham/kingswood paople websites. Unfortunately it seems as though we are having some malicious and completely unfounded negative reviews, to which we are unable to reply.
I am Adam Hobbs - Manager of the Keynsham store and I feel the need to make the following very clear:
Whenever you visit one of our stores we promise and deliver the following:
- We will only sell you what you need and can afford. Our focus is on your satisfaction, NOT up-selling!
- If you have a query that cannot be addressed immediately, we will endeavour to answer it as soon as possible.
- The way our business is run is completely transparent. If you ever have any cause for concern or complaint, all you need to do is to ask to speak to Adam Hobbs or Nancy Philips at Keynsham and either Craig Ford or Dean Wood at Kingswood.
- We are not in the community just to sell computers, but to provide a valuable service.
- We are actively involved in the community and support local sports teams, schools and organisations in whichever way we can.
If you have any cause for complaint or feel the need to leave a negative review of the business, please feel free to speak to me in the first instance - I will be more than happy to do my best to help you.
