The heavy rain sparked an overnight flood warning on the River Chew from Chew Stoke to Keynsham but the Environment Agency lifted it this morning.
The River Chew, pictured here at Compton Dando during last month's flood alert, was again causing concern last night after the recent heavy rain
And rain pouring in through the roof of Keynsham Library has forced it to close today - the third time in recent weeks.
Library users are asked to renew their books by calling 01225 394041.
The forecast is dry in and around Kensham today and tomorrow but there is more heavy rain expected on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
