Caribbean Evening - Sat 23rd Feb - Saltford Hall - 7:30pm

Following the sellout success of our Mexican themed evening last year, we have decided this year to hold in the depth of our winter a Caribbean themed evening to warm things up. I'm sure some of you will come suitably attired as pirates and the like!

As well as a choice of cocktails, a steel band and music from Nosy Parker, there will also be a fantastic 2 course Caribbean meal consisting of the following :-

Main Course - Chicken, pepper and squash curry served with rice, with a vegetarian alternative of Caribbean tamarind chickpeas served with rice.

Puddings - Mixed fruit in a Ginger and rum syrup with cream or Sweet potato pudding served with cream.

All recipes will be from Levi Roots Food for Friends recipe book.
