Friendly and Great Service
When I popped into Williams Rose a few months back I was surprised what a pleasant experience it was. I registered with Carol who took my details very efficiently and has since regularly sent me details and relevant property updates. They are the first agents I've dealt with to make the process not just trouble free but enjoyable. I have viewed some lovely flats and although I haven't found the one for me yet I am hopeful. They have helped with mortgage advice aswell. Both Peter and Valerie are friendly and knowledgeable and have been a great help. I'm Impressed!

Rude, Condescending & Very Overpriced
Don't expect a good service from Williams Rose. Perhaps something changed in the last year since the other reviews, but their experiences certainly sound nothing like ours. From the outset they were lazy, having the previous tenant do our viewing round the property. From there on things just got worse - to be honest it's frustrating we liked the house so much or we would have walked right out. Their fees are criminal - we paid almost £400 in admin for a simple 6 month rental tenancy (should be closer to £200) and the whole way though were treated with contempt for daring to have slightly unusual circumstances. They never provided clear instructions or documents, were rude to our referees and have caused nothing but trouble. I strongly recommend you avoid Williams Rose.
