    keynsham should be run by keynsham town council and not BANES as they only care about BATH and no surrounding areas, i have now been on the case for a number of years now to get a must needed parking residents scheme in the area of dapps hill keynsham .but of course BANES do not want it because as i found out most of the staff park in the area all day. all around keynsham the parking is a complete mess and will only get worse as...

    B&NES council will be changing the opening hours of Keynsham Recycling Centre at the end of this month. Weekday openings will stay the same - from 8am to 4.15pm. However, as of March 31, weekend opening hours will be 9am to 3.45pm, and 8am to 3.45pm on Bank Holidays. From November, the recycling centre will shut at 1pm.
