Very friendly and patient service which is essential with someone who is a complete technophobe like me! Has saved my PC and all on it twice now when its gone pair shaped with a virus. This time they gave me the AVG full internet security package so hopefully it won't happen again - and it was FREE! (to buy on line it was about £40!). Thanks Guys!

very helpful

been in a couple of times now for both personal and business requirements and the staff have been extremely helpful. Our office is based in Keynsham and having a local source is extremely useful when problems pop up and a quick fix is required in order to meet deadlines.

Saved my laptop!

I went to these guys when my laptop blew up recently and there were able to fix it up for me AND rescue all the photos and files I thought I'd lost. Life savers!

Unfair and unclear refund policy!

I purchased some components from them. Before purchase I asked them to clarify if they would work in y macbook. They assured me they would so I purchased them but unfortunately they didn't. I took them back for a refund only to be told that they would only refund the price minus 10%!! They do not make this clear to begin with and as I only bought them after their staff assured me they would work I feel particularly let down. I decided to pay their higher than online prices to support a local business but with service like this I will not be doing that again!

ReportChris, Our returns policy states that returns of opened products that are not faulty are subject to a 10% restocking fee and is on full view at the counter in both of our shops. However, as our staff were confident that the components would work with your machine but they didn't, I decided to over ride the policy on this occasion and give you a full refund. My staff were following company procedures as I would expect them to do, but after a conversation with me, one of our staff called you back within 2 hours to advise that you would get a full refund. This was paid the next day when you returned to us. Incidently, the full refund was actioned before this post had been seen. If you would be so kind as to confirm this we would appreciate it. Customer sevice is and always will be extremely important to us. Best regards, Dean.

Fantastic team.

Smart computers are very nice and helpful team. They fixed my laptop several times and they are very professional. They gave me advices and fixed the small problems for free several times. I really enjoy dealing with all of the team and I certainly recommend their service.

nice shop, nice layout and the guys really do seem to know what they are talking about! they also have some fab offers. ok some items are more expensive than the likes of pc world and the internet BUT do not forget your paying for a local friednly serves! and friendly it is!!! well done guys.

Not sure why the AVG is being pushed for free, it's free anyway, I know lots of people who d/l it from the net and legally too.

Went back for my second laptop, bought new this time....yes, it was £10.00 more than on-line but service and advice worth more than that!!! They transferred all my music and photos to my new laptop for free!!! Thanks again for your help and patience!!

Below Expectations

Just as the star says 'Below Expectations' very overpriced, didn't enjoy the visit at all.
Did look around for a new Computer system for the kids bedroom but decided to visit elsewhere to buy.

Shame really, would of been nice to buy local but not this time

ReportWith second user laptops from £99 and second user desktops from £60, not sure we would want to sell any cheaper than this. Dual core system with 19" TFT including keyboard and mouse £199.00.... I am happy with our pricing, good value for money and excellent customer service. Thanks for your feedback though.
