Developers who have converted the former Temple Infant School in Keynsham are now moving on to converting the former Temple Junior School on Bath Hill.

The two schools merged into the £4.4 million St Keyna Primary School in Charlton Road which opened four years ago. The redundant school buildings were sold off to Whitchurch-based Whitecroft Developments.

The Temple Infant School site, on the corner of Temple Street and Albert Road, has been turned into 10 homes, ranging from one to three bedrooms, with a communal garden and private parking. Two villas and a one-bed apartment are still for sale.

Now the developers are preparing to create 11 homes on the Bath Hill site. The work is expected to take 18 months.

See Whitecroft's website for more information.
