The coffee shop, in what was the old Clinton Cards unit in the High Street, has seating over two floors.
But this weekend will also see the loss of a familiar name in the town centre. Temple Street fashion boutique Mickey's has been having a closing down sale and will be shutting its doors for good on Saturday.
There are 'To Let' signs in the window along with signs saying that all items are £5 each.
And last week Crucial BMX, which opened in August 2011, bowed out of Keynsham, saying on Twitter that it "Had to renew the lease for 5 years minimum so that was a big no no!".
A note on the door of the shop in High Street thanks everyone who supported the shop. Customers are invited to attend the main store in Bedminster.
A 'To Let' sign has now gone up.

I think its shortsighted of the landlord not to come to an agreement with someone already trading. In this current climate the shop could be empty for a couple of years surely a shorter lease or a reduction in rent is better than an empty shop

ReportI dont know how much the lease was,but i assume the annual rent had gone up. In these times of public sector and benefit pay freezes, and low interest rates, the rents on property should also be frozen or reduced by 5%.
